I'm updating the doc regarding MSVC 14 a.k.a. Visual C++ 2015
(as compared to MSVC 9).
The patch is at http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=gnulib.git;a=commit;h=8fb59b8fac140205a6a0ef3286b5fd5a58f418e1
But more important than the files that have changed are the files
that still mention MSVC 9 (because MSVC 14 has improved).
There is an article about the improvements in MSVC 12 compared to MSVC 11 ;
it gives an overview of the changes, but is not correct in some details.
The gnulib doc may not be correct in all details either; I have assumed (without
verification) that Microsoft would not change the existing behaviours of the
C library functions, due to backward compatibility goals.
